My Approach
Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to eat unhealthy? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? I practice an integrative approach to health and wellness as all areas of your life are connected. Instead of prescribing one fix for all people, I use a personalized, whole person approach based on your needs. As we work together, we look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole. As your Food Educator and Wellness Guide (as well as supportive mentor), together we work to achieve your goals in areas like weight management, food cravings, sleep & energy balance.
You will develop a deeper understanding of the foods and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health. "Bio-individuality" is how each person has her or his own food and lifestyle needs. One person’s food is another person’s poison; this is why fad diets fail in the long run. I’ll support you in making positive changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle, personal preferences, and background. I provide my clients with Nutrition Education through 1 on 1 sessions.

Past Experiences
Past Experiences
Taught cooking & nutrition classes for Mainstreet Homeschool Auxiliary from September 2018-December 2019. Each class we cooked a selected recipe that Nutrition Reset created for class. Kids learned how to read recipes, how to use kitchen tools and gain skills to help in the kitchen, as well as bring home recipes & activities that will allow them to develop their new skills and build on them at home.
Everything is nourishment - we are not only fed by food but by: healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity and a spiritual practice are essential forms of nourishment.
When these “primary foods” are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary.
